Delaware Concealed Carry Reciprocity
There are some exceptions to people who wants to own a high capacity magazine. One of those exception is that people with a concealed carry permit have no restrictions regarding possession of a high-capacity magazine. Someone who manufactures those Large Capacity Magazines (LCM) are also exempt from the ban if they intend to sell or ship them out of state.

Delaware residents are encouraged to turn in any high-capacity magazine that has an ammo capacity of higher than 17 rounds and will be fairly compensated. residents can also do this anonymously however, there will be no compensation for those who decide to do so
